Villa Božac is a three-story holiday home (ground floor, first floor, and attic) with a total surface area of 104 m². The house features a private entrance and is enclosed by a stone wall and a garden filled with aromatic herbs like lavender, sage, and rosemary.

Guests have access to a swimming pool (6 x 4 x 1.30 m) with an outdoor shower, a covered terrace (approx. 20 m²), a large children’s playground (sandbox, swings, soccer goals, slide, and exercise equipment), and an olive grove. The spacious backyard behind the house spans approximately 2,500 m².
