The Casa Rustica property was built near the Božac House and combines rural tourism—featuring an excursion site capable of hosting groups of up to 30 people—with three holiday rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The venue is ideal for organizing various events and celebrations (confirmations, first communions, weddings, baptisms, birthdays, etc.), group excursions, and other gatherings.

The estate preserves traditional Istrian architecture enhanced with modern touches—a rustic property that radiates tradition while fully satisfying contemporary demands.
